Terms and conditions
We are Martini Srl (IT01383420559), a company registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Terni under REA TR - 92735. The address of our legal and operational headquarters is: Viale di Porta Sant’Angelo 14, Terni, Italy.
To shop with us you must:
- • Be in possession of a credit or debit card belonging to one of the circuits that we accept (check at the end of the page for more details on the payment providers we currently accept);
- • Be authorized to use that credit or debit card (i.e. the card is in your name, or you have permission to use it).
PLACING AN ORDER
After placing your order, you should receive an email confirming its receipt. We then proceed with the standard checks to make sure there is enough money on your card.
We will then only accept your order after the payment has been approved, and your card has been charged, at which point the contract is entered into on the basis of these terms and conditions.
You may be able to cancel, but not modify, your order within a short time of placing it, depending on the shipping method selected and indications contained in the confirmation email. You will not be able to modify your order, though you can cancel it and place a new order.
All orders are subject to availability and the confirmation of the order price. Don’t worry, if there is any problem with an order, we will contact you promptly.
In rare cases, we may have to refuse or cancel an order, or block an account, for example, if we notice something particularly unusual in an order or account, or if your order exceeds the limit of units allowed as detailed in the product pages of specific items. In case of any issues, please contact Customer Service, and we will be happy to help you.
PRODUCT PRICES & DESCRIPTIONS
It may occasionally happen that a price or product description is incorrect or imprecise. If we notice any error with any of the items you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price, or with the correct product description, or cancel it.
If we are unable to contact you, we will have to cancel your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been made, we will refund the full amount paid.
Prices are given inclusive of VAT and shipping costs.
SHIPPING
Before completing your order, you will be presented with several shipping options to choose from, all with an estimated delivery date that will depend on your address. The delivery times and dates are to be considered valid for Italy only.
We do our very best to meet the delivery deadlines, however, delays may sometimes occur, due to circumstances relating to couriers, logistical problems, or adverse weather conditions. We will endeavour, in any case, to provide timely updates, and it should still be possible to track the progress of your package in such cases.
